In this episode, I speak to Benjamin Lipscomb the author of the new book The Women are Up to Something: How Elizabeth Anscombe, Philippa Foot, Mary Midgley, and Iris Murdoch Revolutionized Ethics. Benjamin is a professor of philosophy, specializes in contemporary ethical theory, the history of philosophy (particularly the history of ethics), legal interpretation, town planning, and Christian worship. His overarching concern, across all these areas, is with issues of character formation.
